Shopping & Shipping FAQ

What is your shipping schedule?
We ship Monday-Friday, excluding holidays and extreme weather issues. The roastery is closed on Saturday and Sunday.

When will my order shipped once I place it?
Orders placed after 6am EST will be shipped the following day. Orders placed on Friday after 6am or Saturday and Sunday will be shipped the following Monday, unless we are closed for a holiday, in which case it will be shipped Tuesday. Please note, because coffee is a very time sensitive product, our roast schedule may be changed due to needing to roast fresh coffee.

Where is my order?
You will receive a tracking update once your order has reached our carrier. If it has been over a week since your order was placed, please reach out to us:

Can I send a gift?
Yes! You may add a gift message in your cart before checking out.

Can I have my bulk coffee ground?
Unfortunately, we cannot grind any of our 2 or 5lb bags.

Can I have my limited roast coffee ground?
Yes, please leave the grind you wish to receive in the “Note to Seller” box in your cart.

Do you sell gift cards?
Yes, but gift cards can only be used on the website. If you are looking to purchase a café gift card, please do so through café online store here (Powered by Toast).

Can I change my shipping method once my order is placed?
Unfortunately, once an order is placed we cannot change your method as it is paid for securely during checkout.

What happens if my order is lost?
We are not responsible for packages that are rerouted and not delivered. If a package is shipped to an access point and not picked up within the allotted time, we are not responsible for reshipping or replacing the order.

How do I get free shipping?
Orders $50 or more receive free shipping!
