Inzá is a small farmer municipality in the heart of the tumultuous peaks and ridges of the Cordillera Central, department of Cauca. Some very special microlots were kept separate from the regional blend. We have selected from these our favorites. Ferney Quipo: subtle sweet orange and pineapple lightly glazed with brown sugar.
