El Cairo, Colombia
Lucas Melo Pinchao purchased his farm El Cairo over 30 years ago and became the first producer to grow coffee at such a high altitude in his area. El Cairo is just twelve miles away from the active 14,000 foot high Galeras Volcano and the rich topsoil is black from ash that has fallen over millennia. This coffee delivers sweet, full-bodied notes of chocolate, light honey, and apple.
If you wish to receive a grind other than whole bean, please include the request during the checkout process.
