Yukro, a small cooperative established in 2010, stands out for its quality. The best Jimmah washed coffees have a syrupy heavier body than other washed Ethiopian coffees. The coop members harvest from the forest around them. After demucilaging, they carefully soak the beans in clean spring water to extract the maximum clarity and sweetness. This is a full-bodied washed Ethiopian with traces of cherry, brown sugar, and lemongrass.
