When you choose coffee through a palette, we hope it becomes more than just a guide - we hope it becomes an experience. These colors are designed to evoke feeling and spark instinct, helping you find the coffee that speaks to you even before the first sip.

Every palette features four colors, each hue representing a tasting note - a distinct nuance that reflects the coffee’s origin, variety, and processing.

COFFEE AS A TASTING NOTE
One element we highlight, overlooked in the industry, is coffee itself. The bottom color of every palette represents the core coffee flavor: light, medium, or dark roast. The more coffee-toned the palette, the more coffee-forward the flavor.

TASTING NOTES AS COLORS
The remaining colors express the supporting tasting notes. Use the colors to understand the balance of flavors - from brighter, more vibrant, hinting at floral or fruit, to earthier shades such as chocolate or nuts.

These palettes allow you to see flavor. They visually communicating balance, intensity, and the presence of terroir-driven character. The size and shade of each color reveal how flavors interact, creating an intuitive way to find the perfect cup.
