Finca Concepcion, established in the late 1800s, is nestled in Mataquescuintla, near the active Pacaya volcano. Due to occasional ashfall that enriches its volcanic pumice soil, paired with high altitude, rainfall, and shifting humidity, it’s an ideal spot for coffee cultivation. The luminous cup has strong earl grey notes, coated with nectarine and honey.
