FARM INFORMATION

Hunapu, meaning "mountain flower," is a community of 250–350 smallholder farmers cultivating coffee on the slopes of Volcán de Agua and Volcán de Fuego in Antigua, Guatemala. In this renowned coffe-growing region, farmers have become actively involved in increasing quality, and ongoing technical support and training have helped strengthen farming practices.

Through a shared commitment to improving quality and consistency, Hunapu’s community of smallholder farmers produced this specially separated lot. The cup has crisp apple, soft caramel, and bright lemon zest. It reflects the exceptional character Antigua coffees are known for worldwide.
