Worka Chelbessa services many small farms surrounding it. Their heirloom varieties belong to the surrounding forests. The farms belong to the Yirgacheffe terroir, famous for introducing unique, native Ethiopian floral coffees to the world in the 1970s. The cup has notes of peach, cherry, and a honeyed-jasmine finish.
