San Jacinto, Guatemala
San Jacinto is owned by the Mayan Perez family. Their farm is just under seven acres. From it, one looks nearly straight down over the old Pan-American highway coming out of Mexico, wedged between canyon walls. This is a medium bodied coffee-coffee with touches of dark chocolate, cherry, and caramel notes.
