Silvia Herrera, a second-generation farmer and two - time CoE presidential winner, has dedicated her life to elevating coffee. She manages a 124 acre farm with six family members. Divided into small plots for different varieties. Her meticulous approach results in a coffee that is sweet and syrupy with smooth almond, cherry, and milk chocolate notes.
