Dota, Costa Rica
Dota is a canton in the province of San José. It faces the Pacific Ocean, bordering the Tarrazú canton, which faces the Gulf of Mexico. Its coffee is produced by small farmers averaging 8.5 acres. We believe this region produces the finest coffees of Costa Rica. This coffee is a medium roast developed for smoothness and extra richness with notes of dark chocolate, caramel, and walnut.
