San Jacinto, Guatemala
San Jacinto is owned by the Mayan Perez family. Their farm is just under seven acres. From it, one looks nearly straight down over the old Pan-American highway coming out of Mexico, wedged between canyon walls. Rainfall is low at under 40 inches per year on average. The cup delivers clean, sweet fruit and chocolate caramel notes.
