Daterra, Brazil
Daterra is a naturally-processed coffee, the traditional method in Brazil due to its relatively dry climate. Ripe coffee cherries are chosen to slowly and fully dry in the sun, yielding coffee with chocolate, blueberry, and hazelnut notes. This medium roast is for those who want a full-bodied, sweet and fruity coffee without bitterness, and just the bare minimum of acidity.
