In 2019, Rancho Momokiemo, located in Chiapas, transformed from corn and bean monocultures to coffee agroforestry under the Sembrando Vida (Sowing Life) program.
The program aims to rejuvenate local coffee culture - prioritizing sustainability, eco-friendly practices, and economic recognition. This Cup of Excellence #2 winner has notes of rich, syrupy-honey complimented by wisps of ripe tropical fruit like papaya and mango. We highly recommend this for espresso.
