With a lineage spanning 5 generations, the Mierisch family has been actively engaged in coffee production, innovation, and enhancing efficiency in both Nicaragua and Honduras. Lovely, subtle jasmine, ginger, and muscat aromatic flavors create a very clean, sweet coffee matrix.
