Gesha Village Estate Honey
Gesha Village Estate is located in western Ethiopia, near the South Sudanese border. This is the birthplace of Ethiopian coffee and mere kilometers from the Gori Gesha forest, the variety’s birthplace and site of the Panamanian Gesha discovery
of the 1930s.
The same clarity and florals found in their coffee are also found in their honey. There's a slight smoky note on the finish which matches perfectly with a sharp cheese or on a lightly toasted bread with salted butter.
