La Minita reaches new heights with the 2016 crop!
Finca Melico is a section of La Minita selected this year for its even, full ripening. The coffee cherries were picked during five days at the peak of the harvest, from January 5 to January 10, 2016. The beans were then radically sorted down to just 24% of that harvest, with every blemished bean eliminated. New Release: Kanzu Farmhouse Ale
A new collab beer between George Howell Coffee & Mystic Brewery. Last month, we teamed up with our friends over at Mystic Brewery again, to brew the second beer in our single origin coffee beer series. This time, we used our Kanzu, Rwanda and paired it with a saison. We used a little less coffee this time, which makes for a clean, bright, and fruity saison.
